So I'm having an issue with HDR and SDR content looking washed out. Games like Fallout 76 and Fallout 4 seem to be especially bad about being washed out. Just wondering if anyone has some suggestions to try to get the picture from being washed out. The dashboard does not have this problem. I've tried the HDR calibration tool on the Xbox which is around 800 nits. The TV defaults to game mode, so wondering if there is a setting that might be off? Hi. I am having an issue with my new TCL TV, the model number is 43c655 or 43c69b depending on the region. The issue is that I suddenly get a pinkish artifact / static screen and the TV reboots itself a few seconds later. I cast YouTube from Android phone to TV. Worked great. But now, no matter what I do, my TV will only do YouTube. If phone disconnected or even powered off, and TV unplugged for a minute, I turn TV on, it shows home screen, but press a few arrow keys and boom, it opens YouTube and is then frozen. I recently bought the tcl 43s450f from Walmart, I use it for my sim rig. I don’t know if it’s just the nature of 4k not being too sharp at 43 inches, but it looks ass, the stair stepping is kind of terrible. I tried tinkering with the settings too but nothing seems to help. I know I should’ve thought twice buying a cheap ass tv, but I was seeing good things about it. Hi I have a 65Q650G-CA (Canadian model I guess) with a V08-R51MT08 firmware (Android 11) Some apps are not available on this tv, but are with a chromecast with GTV. I assume that I have an android tv rather a GTA on my tcl tv. My question is : is it safe to flash a MT05 firmware over a MT08 ? I read somewhere that MT02 are for Atv and MT08 for gtv.
