As I recently purchased a set of 245/70/16, Nokian Outpost nAT's and some 16x7 Method MR707 Bead grip wheels, purchased at close out price, I thought I'd compare them to my 245/65/17, Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T's. Got back from the local ford store with my window seal wind deflectors and front hood bug guard. In the past like my 94 ford they would get bolted on the underside of the hood. Not 3m tapped to the paint? I absolutely will not be ruining my hood for a deflector that can actually do more damage than what purpose it's supposed to serve... Seems that Ford has had “tremendous success with repairs outlined in TSB 23-2308 but apparently Ford is working on another revision...” Not available until 4th quarter...2024 There have been at least these 3 TSBs applicable to the rear brake noise, often called “moaning” and “whale sound”.
