So I am new to Hydraulics but am in the process of adding rear remotes to my LX2610 that would come off the power beyond supply lines I use for my BH77 backhoe. I think I have it figured out, but came across something doing my research that I would like to understand - I don't think I need it for my configuration but it has been nagging at me. My backhoe, the BH77, has two lines. One is the power coming in, and the other is the return which is under pressure. In doing some reasearch I... Read more ..read more

I have a newer Kioti CK3510se hst and when I went to move it today it moved about 10 feet back and quit moving. I have checked fluid levels (all good). I have checked external equipment and it works (bucket and rear and grapel). When I try to move it nothing. The gear lever has been moved in all three selections and still nothing. No noise no nothing. Tractor starts and runs very good with no noise but just no movement. No extra noise when selecting forward or reverse. Retested the... Read more ..read more

Mahindra 4530 rear lift

I’m having trouble with the speed and power on the three point hitch lift. It is suddenly real slow and lacks power. If I rev up the RPM, it’ll move faster, but not near as fast as normal. The front hydraulics work at a normal rate. I have the typical loader arrangement as well as a grapple with the third function switch added. I added hydraulic fluid and it is at the correct level. No help from Mahindra at all. They just said bring it in. Any thoughts ..read more

Slow curl action

Early last year I installed the diverter valve sold by Rural King as a kit for my RK37 along with a grapple made by Homestead Implements. Yesterday I removed the grapple and installed a hay spear to move a couple round bales. After spearing the first bale I noticed that the boom lifts fine but the curl action seems slow. The fluid level is fine and I ran the attachment thru full curl/dump several times to eliminate any trapped air but it's still slow. I timed it right at 13 seconds from... Read more ..read more

Just picked up a 3 point splitter that I'm going to use on my Kubota BX25. I know, I know, it's going to be slow etc...I don;t do much splitting so not having a small engine sitting idle for long periods of time are the major pro to the purchase. I picked it up used(looks like it's hardly been used based on the spitting wedge) and am wondering what steps I should take to make sure I don't contaminate my tractors fluid. Brings me to a second question. I need to have adapters made to hook up... Read more ..read more
