Your wetsuit should be snug, making you feel feel slightly compressed without any pinching. You shouldn't feel like you're going to cut off any circulation. You will need to shimmy your wetsuit on, but once it's on it should be comfortable throughout your full range of motion. Check to ensure that you don't have any bagging or gaping. The most common area for this tends to be around the upper arms. Your most important length is your torso. You can get away with long or short arms, but the torso should not cut in or gape.
