A list of everything I did and my favorite places in Nashville since moving here! Entertainment The Nashville Sounds Baseball I went to a game on a Monday night and it was beautiful. It was toward the end of the season and since it was a weeknight, it was super empty. We were able to get cheap seats, hot dogs, play ping pong and watch the sunset. I’m already excited for the season to start back up again! Midtown Tacos and Margs Bar Crawl Some of my friends and I did this bar crawl through midtown and it was a great way to see all of the bars. I really enjoyed it as a newbie in town, it encou ..read more

Greetings From Nashville!

After living out of a duffel bag for three months, it feels great to unpack and settle in to my new home. Except, I accepted a job that requires me to travel for a week at a time so I’ll be back to my suitcase in no time. I had so many incredible experiences the last three months, it will take me some time to slowly share it all. I’ve been living in Nashville for a month now and it feels surreal. I’ve dreamed of moving here since I was 15 and now here I am! The view of the skyline at night from my apartment almost makes me tear up. My apartment is in the cutest area in Germantown! It is near ..read more

How I Healed My Painful Bloating
Sincerely Meghan Ann » Lifestyle
by Meghan Keeler

I had been experiencing painful bloating for six months before I realized that something was wrong. It wasn’t a normal bloating feeling, but a sharp pain in my stomach and I inflated like a balloon. I first noticed my painful bloating on vacation and was absolutely miserable. I assumed that this was because my digestive system wasn’t adjusting well to the travel, or heavy foods I was eating. As time went on, I still felt this way but it was inconsistent. It didn’t occur exclusively when I was eating meat, or gluten. It also didn’t happen every time I ate, so I just lived with it. I’m Proud of You.

Hi, I have something I want to say. I am proud of you. Genuinely. You have come so far since I first met you. This is something I want to say to my old friends, to my current friends, to myself, to everyone. Everyone is working so dang hard. Sadly, we are all so focused on ourselves, that we hardly acknowledge each other’s progress. I’ve made some great strides in my life by putting my boots on and pulling myself up out of the mud. I’m always trying to reach my goals but rarely stop and take a moment to just be proud of myself and how far i’ve come. The semester is nearing an end and I know a ..read more

Welcome! Photography has been a passion of mine since middle school where I got my first point and shoot camera. I taught myself how to use a DSRL camera early on and then had photography classes every year of high school on photoshop, darkroom techniques, and AP photography. I’ve recently developed the love for videography, and drone footage as well. Now, I am taking photos on a Nikon mirrorless camera. I would absolutely love to photograph for you whether it is family portraits, senior pictures, events, or business headshots. My editing style is fresh and clean with a bit of warmth to empha ..read more

What Kind Of Traveler Am I?
Sincerely Meghan Ann » Lifestyle

The summer of 2022 is my last summer before getting a full time job and arguably my last free summer ever. I decided to take advantage of this time and travel. From South Carolina to Ohio to Italy to Colorado and back to Ohio… I’ve been all over the place. I’ve been recording all of my lessons learned in my journal and want to share with you what I have learned about myself and my traveling style. Who I’m Not I’m not a backpacker. I tend to overpack and I’m not sure I have the strength to carry everything on my back all day every day. But I could be. I’ve always admired the minimalism and the ..read more

The College Girl’s Guide To Finances
Sincerely Meghan Ann » Lifestyle

Are you totally lost when it comes to finances, budgeting and investing? Me too. I took a personal finance class in high school which was a great building block for me, but I’m no “business bro”. Recently, I have been embarking on a journey to educate myself about personal finances and budgeting. Let me do all the heavy lifting research and I’ll share it with you here! College is weird because everyone’s finances look so different. Whether you work 5 hours a week, 20 hours a week, or have an allowance- understanding finances is still very important. Another thing I want you to note is that t ..read more

Twelve Things That I am Loving Lately

1. Obe Fitness I fell into Obe Fitness’ tik tok marketing free trial trap and ended up loving it haha. It started out as a cheap New Years Eve promotion and I have been taking their online workout classes ever since! They have all kinds of classes from dance, spin, HIIT, yoga, strength, meditation and more. They even have combination classes. Each class is only 28 minutes which easily fits into my schedule and lets you choose classes by equipment available to you and other preferences. I am really enjoying it and highly recommend it to anyone. * This is an affiliated link that will give ..read more

5 Things You Need To Include In Your Vision Board
Sincerely Meghan Ann » Lifestyle
by Meghan Keeler

I’m a really visual person, and a vision board is my favorite way of planning out my goals. I have gone through a lot of change in my mindset in 2020 and I imagine you have to. So, I decided to make a vision board as we continue into 2021. Not as a resolution, or something that needs to be checked off, but just a daily reminder of this mindset shift and my goals. I decided to do this digitally using Canva a free digital design program. I like to make my vision board online so it doesn’t look messy because of my horrible handwriting or sticky glue etc. We also don’t get a lot of magazines the ..read more

Cheers To The New Year, 2020! Or 2022 I Mean…
Sincerely Meghan Ann » Lifestyle

True story- I tried to be artsy and write out 2022 for my year reflection and goal setting journal page and accidentally wrote 2020. Meaning that I still felt like it was 2019 and had just turned 2020. At first, I was so embarrassed and pissed that I ruined my journal page. Then, I realized that a lot of people feel this way- that we are still stuck in 2020 with an on and off pandemic for the last two years. It feels like so much time has passed yet none at all. It’s easy to get stuck in the mindset that the pandemic is ruining my college years. Yet at the same time, as I went back and wrote ..read more
