Chiang Mai Marathon Chiang Mai, Thailand Larry Hall – December 17, 2023 Imagine starting an international marathon at 3:00 AM on a December morning with the starting line at an ancient city gate, flood lighted, the entrance to a 700 year old walled city, Chiang Mai and running the first 5 miles of the race around the outside of the illuminated old city walls and moat pond. Every Fall Running Club North holds its annual business meeting and Board of Directors elections. Additionally that meeting establishes the annual area running events calendar in a rough draft for the upcoming year. This year’s meeting is at the Mushers Hall on Farmers Loop Road on Thursday the 30th of November from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Pizza and soft drinks are on the menu.
