The UtahRealEstate.com website has published its September 2022 Market Statistics.   Total number of homes sold last month were 3,501. 2,555 were Single-Family Homes. 946 were Multi-Family Homes such as townhomes and condos. The median sales price for single-family homes sold last month was $554,000. This number was up 8.6% from September 2021. The medial sales price for multi-family homes sold last month was $405,000.  That number is also up 7.0% from September 2021.
