My computer is used by my other family members also. They do not want their own accounts for computer so they use my account. I have some personal stuff that I need to keep away from other family members. I have around 500 small PDF and DOCX files so Personal Vault is not a good option. Is there any good option similar to functionality of OneDrive: timeout to close the vault folder is locked and requires password to open Other members are not very good with computer. Started randomly to appear. I receive this message - this file does not have an app associated with it please install an app or if one already is installed, create an association in the default apps settings page when i try to open folder in my documents folder, or when i try to open disk C or D folders on my pc. The only option to open is via new tab. I play A LOT of emulated games, and it takes up a lot of space on my phone, so I wanted to know if its possible for it to work like it does on PC? I'd like to reset my OneDrive account as if it was brand new account and contains the default folders. Not just delete the files. Effectively a 'factory reset'. The reason I ask is, I have realised that some of the default folders on a clean account have special properties. For example the pictures folder - in the OneDrive app you can select show in pictures folder only. This doesn't work for me, as at some point in the past I must have deleted it. Edit: Resolved. See below​ Hey everyone, I had to factory reset my phone last night. For some reason, Samsung Cloud doesn't back up photos directly and they make you do it through One Drive. It's important for me to keep the original dates that I took the photos, so I decided to choose that route knowing it would be a pain for me later rather than moving them onto my computer through the files on my phone. Hello, for some reason answers.microsoft.com isn't accessible for me. When sharing a video on onedrive, with permissions set for everyone to edit and view, the link opens a square screenshot image of the video that's super cropped. The only way to access it is to download the video, I can't play it with the web controls, because they're not visible at all. ​ I tried in different browsers and in private browsing mode with the same result. I transferred almost 30K photos and videos from google photos to one drive using MultCloud, almost all has the taken date set as the date they were transferred so it's not possible to sort them in chronological order. I searched and found it's a common problem, then I noticed if I open the picture on my laptop the taken date is set correctly, so I found a workaround but it's not useful as I don't want to open each of my 30k files.
