A Poem by Rob Bell Walk Don’t Run Walk, Don’t Run. Is a poem by Rob Bell, that is widely used for all types of mindfulness, reflective, meditation and relaxation exercises. He reminds us all to slow down and look around. That there is life to live and enjoy in the very moment you are in. If you ever walk with a small child, they will highlight this. Every flower, bug or puddle is a moment of wonder and fascination. We also run The Hygge Club, which runs community sessions. Before Covid, we would meet in lovely big intergenerational groups. introducing my first ever blog post! What Is Hygge? (and how do you pronounce it?!) Hygge is pronounced “Who-gaah” in English and American.  Some might spell it phonetically “Hu-guh”. Hot tea, cosy socks and blankets are a wee part of creating a Hygge moment: but it is so much more! Hygge & Happiness Hygge is a Danish word, and one of the key reasons that the Danes are such a happy country. In fact, on the global happiness report ..read more
