I want to share with the community my new 1000 Litre Frontosa tank build. It is my first serious venture into the hobby and I want to take things slowly. Although we all know that it is easier said than done. TANK Dimensions is (L)250cm x (W)60cm x (H)75cm. Tanks got 2 angled side sumps to in it. I had 2 Macrostoma bettas male and female that were already paired and successfully bred before. I brought them home a week ago the female and male were put into the same tank and the male was not eating and acting weird his butt would float up and face down but he would still swim and seem ok sometimes. We tested PH it was high so we did a water change and put prime and stability he was gasping for air more than usual. I looked up the gasping and I read something that said they’re do that... Haven't posted in a while as not much has been happening. Had a betta tank set up for my daughter awhile ago. Unfortunately the betta died recently. I promised my daughter a replacement but wanted something special. Went to Wazeers this weekend as we where at Emperors for the reptile expo. Lo and behold they had pea puffers!
