I recently took possession of attached Eterna watch from my mother and it appears to have a circuit fault that is costly to repair.
I am unable to find the model (+ value of the watch) and was hoping someone here knows more.

Well, this is excellent in my opinion, a design harking back to the 50s and 60s when men dressed well and worn an elegant watch, think Cary Grant, Gene Kelly, James Stewart, Frank Sinatra et al.
It has a 39mm case and uses a Swiss-made Landeron L24 Automatic movement (essentially a copy of an ETA 2824).
But unlike some of their rivals, it's accessibly priced at CHF 1'150, that's CHF 500 less than an entry level Longines.

This watch celebrated the 40th Anniversary of the original from the 80's, and has
