Giving back to our community is one of our core values, both personally and as a company.  It was an ethos instilled in owners, Anne Delery Comarda and Joyce Delery, at an early age.  Their father, the late Judge Oliver S. Delery, was a founding member of Ozanam Inn, in 1955. Ozanam Inn’s primary mission is to offer aid and comfort to the poor and needy in our community by providing basic human needs such as; food, shelter, and clothing and their programs are designed to help individuals move from homelessness and hopelessness to independent living and a renewed spirit of hope ..read more

Despite Louisiana’s recent luck in avoiding hurricanes, insurance carriers are still rapidly exiting the Gulf Coast, still reeling from the impact of seven named storms in 2020. But we aren’t alone.  Explore the insights I’ve learned from a recent conversation with Jim Gilmour, regional ..read more

Research shows that clutter negatively impacts our cognitive function and overall well-being. It’s time to restore order and focus in our lives. Start by reclaiming that closet turned “cloffice,” clearing your kitchen island, and recovering your dining table. Embrace the flexibility of mul ..read more

Giving Back to our community Realtors know, first hand, the importance of being involved in and giving back to the communities we live and work in.  Here in New Orleans, we have had more than our fair share of challenges that have always been met with a sense of connectedness.  And, it is easy to look at a semi-recent challenges like Hurricane Katrina and identify benchmarks for what it means to love where you live and do everything you can to bring your community back, stronger than before.   Back in late 2005, our brokers, Anne Delery Comarda and Joyce Delery, were foundi ..read more
