So, I went through the NCDS arbitration recently and all I can say is that its a complete sham. Don't waste your time going through this process . NCDS heavily favors the auto company because they are funded by the auto industry even though they claim to have FTC oversight. The arbitrator in her report completely mis-stated and lied and spun about everything i had stated during the proceeding and the overwhelming evidence i had presented before that. My service tech was in the area for another customer and offered to stop by and give me the FOB update. I thought I already had it with 2.0 (and it didn't seem to be much of an improvement) but he mentioned that they stopped rolling it out along with 2.0 and it was an extra step now.
