Very cool mutation of Oniscus asellus. As many know asellus can take some time to get started up. Wonder what will happen when bred with a BC Maple and breeding double hets back to each other. One can only imagine! 2 posts - 2 participants Read full topic ..read more

The isopods in my Crestie enclosure have been breeding super crazy as you see in this pic but the isopods in my breeding container weren’t breeding so I just put them all together and they’ve been happy since. They are such cute little things, I would love to get more for my other enclosures but I might just take some from my cresties tank 2 posts - 2 participants Read full topic ..read more

I bought a few asian forests and a bark scorpion from a lady that was getting rid of her collection, this was also included. it’s definitely different then asian forests. there’s a red color in the claws. could someone help? looks like a male too, right? he won’t eat, if so. its been a couple months. does that mean he’s matured? i only have most experience with tarantulas. thanks! 3 posts - 3 participants Read full topic ..read more

Hopefully there will be someone who raises scorpions that can help me here. What average size is a 3i/4i scorpion? And what do you feed the little monsters? 2 posts - 2 participants Read full topic ..read more

Cubaris Angry Monk

Rumor has it the name “Angry Monk” was because where these isopods were found, the ones who collected them were being somewhat followed out of the area by actual Angry Monks. Some Angry Monk “Morphs” consist of “Storm Trooper” and “Rusty”. 1 post - 1 participant Read full topic ..read more

Crazy deformed beetle! #food #reptilelove #animals I was looking through one of my mealworm colonies to move out all that I could find as the oats are turning green (most likely due to my over feeding) and found this crazy deformed guy. I have aways looked through to find any beetles that have any even slightly deformities to feed off to my animals as I have found even small issues leads to them dying before breeding. I have never seen one this severe though and thought it was really cool. And don’t worry, he is going to have a great life inside Eggroll my salamanders stomach 1 post - 1 parti ..read more

Hello, I recently acquired a jumping spider from a friend and I wanted some help in sexing them. They said this spider was wild caught so I am unsure of it’s age, gender, and breed. I’m pretty sure it’s a female, but I wanted to be sure. 1 post - 1 participant Read full topic ..read more

Hi! Recently got some Cubaris sp. ‘Caramel Creme’ from a terrarium shop and saw some pictures of Cubaris sp. ‘White Pigeon’ and they look quite similar. Does anyone know if they are the same species? or just different names but the same species? 1 post - 1 participant Read full topic ..read more
