Even after I clean my wife's Mamba-X mags and replace springs as necessary she is still experiencing slow feeding on occasion.  I've seen threads on other forums discussing using light oil on these mags.  Thoughts/experiences welcome.  At this point I'll try everything.  We use CCI mini-mags and try to keep this warmer during our matches in min-30's temps FWIW ..read more

Good evening my forum brothers and sisters.  Hoping you might be able to help me with an issue I'm having with my Black Mamba 6".   Shooting CCI MInimag, 40gr, 1235fps, Target RN.   This happens more than anything else on my first string of fire.  The trigger doesn't seem to reset.  The gun ejects fine, and chambers a new round fine, but the trigger is dead.  It will happen a few times and then it will be fine.  Tonight, it was fine for the first 10 strings and then it started to happen.  It is just occassional and not consistent.   I ..read more

So this is my dilemma.  I have a Ruger GP 100 in 357 magnum.  It has a 6" barrel with adjustable sights.  The gun was coated in black oxide   so it is in perfect shape.  I am more of a semi auto fan..I was considering putting a scope on it too shoot iron targets at 50 yards.  I have read that   it is difficult to get used to a scope on a pistol.  I would be shooting from a rest if that matters.  My other option is too put a red dot on it.  The last   option is to trade it at a gun store towards another pistol.  But I am unsure of the ..read more
