The Hathaway & Kunz appellate team has obtained a significant victory for several clients before the Wyoming Supreme Court. Partner Tyler Garrett led the team and argued the appeal, with invaluable assistance from Hathaway & Kunz Associates Kari Hartman and Jerry James.
