I’m looking to buy my first cue, something simple not over $100 since I’m just getting started, any recommendations?

Im looking to buy a new cue since the ones that came with my table are not good at all, does anyone have any recommendations on which to buy, I was looking at iszy and viper cues since both are between 30-50 dollars, I know there are more expensive viper cues up to 100 or so and if somebody knows if buying a viper around $100 is worth it over the $50 viper

"Worst" in quotes because, obviously, it gets the job done at a very high level.
I'm interested in hearing what people think is the most unconventional or ugliest stroke in the pro game. We hear lots of talk about the smoothest, straightest, etc., but I think it's even cooler to see the players who make you consider throwing away the textbook on fundamentals.

The main ones that were always referred to by name:
Purple Rain - Meucci PPAC w/314.2 - because of a purple handle
Purple Rain 2.0 - Schmelke purpleheart sneaky w/ OG 314 - cuz purple and predator
Sneaky Duc - Custom sneaky conversion by Duc Lam
The rest of my cues were referred to by brand names...BORING

Helping my parents downsize their house (remotely) and they’re having issues placing a value on a pool table. I’ve tried doing research online, but honestly am not sure if it’s worth $500 or $5k.

I bought a cue tip installation tool off Amazon so I can finally put my new one on, but what was sent seems a bit off with the shaper plate being misaligned, along with the tip file having what seems to be hardened glue between the plate and tool itself. This will be my first time putting on a tip, can this affect the final outcome? Or should I return it and get another one? Am I overthinking? Lol

I’ve been playing pool for about four years consistently (2 years in high school, 4 years off in college, now 2 years out of college). I’m currently a 7-7 in APA and I’m looking to become a super 7 (7-9). Any recommendations on how to achieve this?
