Rachelle Linner’s narrative of her cancer experience is infused with gratitude. She’s convinced that it was a miracle that her triple negative breast cancer was discovered when it was stage 1.  Rachelle’s Story  Linner, 66 at the time, had an abnormal screening mammogram in December 2015. A follow-up diagnostic mammogram showed calcifications suggestive of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), but a core biopsy was negative. My husband, Joe, and I have been married for almost five years. We’ve been together closer to nine, but decided in July 2018 to marry in my small hometown of Frenchtown, NJ in the little bookstore that had become a hub for us. We’re both authors and the closest independent bookstore is always the first place we go to make friends.
