Ashton Reservoir Family Photos on a Boat | The McKinlay Family
This is such a special session to me! How often do I get to take Ashton Reservoir family photos on a BOAT?!
I think you probably already know how adorable Keegan and Alli are. I have photographed their Driggs engagement session, their bridal session, and their Rexburg temple wedding. And most recently, their maternity photos! When I took pictures for Keegan and Alli after she had her sweet baby this year, I was able to see Alli’s mom too while I was there. She talked about wanting to get family pictures taken. But she wanted to get ..read more

Kelly Canyon Family Session | The Wattenbarger Family
The Wattenbarger’s Kelly Canyon family session was just as fun as it always is! I have been photographing these kids and this family since I first started taking pictures with a film camera years ago! There have been so many inside jokes and funny moments that I will always remember with them. I even grew up babysitting these kids! I can’t believe how fast the time has gone! Ryan (dad) is the one who pushes to take family pictures every year. He heard a talk once about why it’s so important to take them, and he’s always remembered that.

Meridian Idaho Temple Wedding | Jacob and Elizabeth
Jacob and Elizabeth’s Meridian Idaho temple wedding was nothing short of a dream! After their Kathryn Albertson Park Bridal Session, I knew these two were meant to be. Plus, luckily for me, this was the third time I got to photograph this family! I also photographed both of her sisters’ weddings at the Meridian Idaho temple too! Be sure to check out Graham and Marissa and Kayleigh and Ashton. They all are favorites! It is always so much fun to be with their family again.

Swan Valley Family Photos | The Higham Family
We all know how hard it can be to get the *entire* family together. Not only on the same day, at the same time, but also wearing coordinating outfits and with good attitudes? It can feel overwhelming! Lucky for the Higham family, they decided to do photos together at the end of a family reunion! This was the perfect timing for their Swan Valley family photos!
I absolutely loved their blue and pink tones, with hints of neutrals. It was the perfect match for the location! One of my favorite parts about extended family sessions is of course, that one ..read more

Ryder Park Family Photos | The Bodily Family
I am absolutely in love with the way these Ryder Park family photos turned out! Ryder Park is such a great, easy spot for family photos. With a walking path, pond, and lots of greenery, we found the perfect patch of beautiful light.
I just love when my clients come full circle with me. I shot their wedding years ago. And now, here we are photographing their adorable family of FIVE. It was so much fun to catch up with them and get to meet their sweet kids. We bonded over our kiddos being at similar ages and doing similar things. And can we just talk ..read more

Family Photos in Shelley Idaho | The Simpson Family
I always love when I get the chance to take family photos in Shelley Idaho! This family was no exception. I met Whitney when I photographed the team at Ashley Webb Interiors. When she asked about wanting a family session, I let her know I was about to open my dates and she snagged one. I was so excited to get to work with her again!
I often work with families that have all boys and one girl — that’s how I grew up! The Simpson family, though, is the opposite! One boy and all girls, just like Logan! Logan falls more in the middle of his sibling ..read more

Kathryn Albertson Park Bridal Session | Jacob and Elizabeth
When Jacob and Elizabeth met me for their Kathryn Albertson Park Bridal Session, we were all worried we might get rained on. Despite the threat of poor weather, we took the most beautiful images! I have taken bridals at Kathryn Albertson Park before when the sun was shining, and having a cloudy day made the vibe totally different! (Remember Brooke and Trevor’s Bridal session?) As I waited for their session to start, raindrops sprinkled on my windshield. But luckily we went through the entire session with just a few raindrops at the ve ..read more

Shelley Idaho Family Portraits | The Anderson Family
It was the most stunning night for these Shelley Idaho family portraits with the Andersons! This sweet family is about to send twin brothers out on their two-year missions. So they needed one last set of family portraits all together they left! I knew I was going to love this family because they are related to Miss Cordy. Miss Cordy is a babysitter that my boys absolutely adore and love. I had a feeling that anyone related to Miss Cordy was going to be a treasure, and I was right!
I wasn’t surprised to learn that we were going to bond over t ..read more

LDS Wedding at Idaho Falls Temple
Everything about Keifer and Sophia’s LDS wedding at the Idaho Falls Temple was downright perfect. Every detail was so thoughtful. The weather was perfect. And the dance party was epic! What more could you ask for?!
Rehearsal Dinner
The night before their wedding, Keifer and Sophia hosted a little dinner with their families. Sometimes wedding days are so hurried and crunched with so many things to fit in! Consider ditching the day of luncheon for a wedding dinner the night before! I’m a big fan of that!! (In fact, we did this for our own wedding too!!) That way ..read more

LDS Pocatello Temple Wedding | John and Katie
John and Katie’s LDS Pocatello temple wedding was such a perfect day! Despite the big storm that barreled through Pocatello the night before, there ended up being nothing to worry about. The weather was perfect, the sun was shining, and the JOY was plentiful. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a crowd so excited for their bride and groom to exit the temple. Cheers and hugs and so much love and time spent talking to each other. The easy-going manner the rest of the day unfolded seemed to stem from all of that. They were overjoyed to have their friends and ..read more
