By Gina Yarbrough San Marcos, CA–In a coordinated effort, deputies from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, joined by agents from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), conducted Minor Decoy and Shoulder Tap Operations at multiple locations in San Marcos on April 18.
