May it bring you good health and more opportunities to meet freely with family, friends and colleagues.  Last year, the DTL team worked hard to realise our ambition to strengthen the Dutch digital life sciences infrastructure and expertise base. We have contributed to many initiatives and projects and have collaborated with health and life science experts in the Netherlands and across Europe. We have compiled an overview of our highlights in 2021, as well as an outlook of our projects and goals for 2022. &nb ..read more

Data Management Plans (DMPs) are currently most often text documents. Already since a long time there are ideas that it would be great to have the information that is written up in a DMP available for all kinds of other goals: from policy (e.g. to answer questions like “what fraction of our funded projects is using proteomics data”) to resource planning (“how much storage space is needed to satisfy all active projects in the coming 2 years”). Also, there is a need for integration of DMPs with other software, e.g. to copy information that is anyway available in a CRIS system or in the ORCID dat ..read more

The FAIRification board game aims to give a visual and succinct representation of the FAIRification steps followed by the ERNs registries to make their data more findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable. The player starts the game on the top left corner of the board and moves around clockwise one tile at a time. Scroll down for more information on each game tile. A detailed FAIRification guidance document is beyond the scope of this simplified visual representation. Such a guidance is currently being developed and will be provided in a near future.
