CHEATHAM COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) -- A faulty taillight and some good police work in Middle Tennessee led to the discovery of a Kentucky fugitive from justice. According to court personnel in Simpson County, Kentucky, Patricia Moore was sentenced to one year in jail for cocaine charges in 2016, but that sentence was suspended in lieu of three years probation. As part of that probation, officials said Moore was expected to regularly meet with her probation officers and participate in treatment programs. (The Hill) -- A Kentucky man charged for using pepper spray against law enforcement officers and carrying a Confederate flag while storming the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, was sentenced Monday to over two years in prison. Isreal James Easterday, 23, was sentenced to two and a half years in prison and 500 hours of community service. PARIS, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man from Paris, Tennessee was arrested and charged after law enforcement found more than 26 pounds of crystal meth.
