If anyone wondered why I stopped making episodes, this episode explains it. Long story short, my motives for making the podcast were not sustainable, so my attitude toward it suffered. It came down to only producing these episodes in hopes of one day making money. In turn, the quality of these episodes suffered; I didn't feel like I was making them for the right reasons anymore.  I do plan to bring the podcast back. After reading Charles Duhigg’s, The Power of Habit, I have compiled a list of key takeaways that I personally found helpful in changing habits within my own life.  Habits consist of three things.
