TRI has a mission to provide our members with all the resources we can under one roof, limiting their need to bounce around between organizations to gain basic needs. However, housing continues to be a major barrier to our members. Over the past year the cost of stable housing has been a challenge for many individuals living in Boulder County and doubly challenging for those we serve. A Promise Kept After Three Years

TRI Executive Director Emily and Care Manager Anita hardly noticed the chill on that Tuesday morning outside the Denver Women’s Correctional Facility. The two were there to keep their promise and meet TRI member “Rachel” at the prison gates on her release day. Rachel walked out of the gates that morning into a warm embrace from Emily. This moment had been years in the making, since Emily began working with Rachel in 2018. Professional Retailers Come to TRI

TRI’s Welcome Back Shop recently received a  facelift thanks to Maureen Buckner (right) and Sandee Rogers (left) who contributed their a retail management experience and time to beautify our Shop. Maureen and Sandee dove straight into the work; sorting, removing, folding, labeling, and inventorying all of the clothes. They built shelving to display shoes and hung pegboard to organize accessories and make best use of the Shop’s space.
