And if they're not connected to the feeling in their body of what these ideas coming to fruition would be like, they are really missing a trick! What sometime ..read more

A few questions for you: Do you truly accept yourself and your brilliance? Do you really accept who you are? The path that you are on? The struggles you have as well as the strengths? So much of the work I have been doing with my clients recently is around belonging and self acceptance. Happiness is a choice. Choose to make it your priority.   I believe happiness is so important as a measure of high performance. I have worked with many very wealthy people who are unsure whether they are truly happy and many of those who feel happy but know they have only just scratched the surface. It's never ever dependent on anyone else - it's a state of being. Martin Seligman, founder of Positive Psychology describes h ..read more

But many people find that actually putting it into practice - for example, starting a new task and seeing it through to completion - can be incredibly difficult.    There are lots of reasons why we procrastinate. It might be that we're deciding, whether consciously or subconsciously, to self-sabotage. To purposely get in our own way because it feels like an easier option than completing a task or starting something new.   It could be that we're afraid of failure, or frightened of not ..read more

If you can allocate time each morning to carry out your own daily personal practice, you will soon start to notice the difference it makes to your working day. My own 30-minute daily routine is: Drink a pint of water to hydrate yourself. Water wakes up the cells in your body and makes you feel more alert. MIND - 10 minutes stilling the mind, sitting in meditation and focusing on the present. BODY - 10 minutes stretching or dancing to lift energy. You can also do this to music if you find it helps you to increase your energy. SOUL - 10 minutes intentionally focusing on the ..read more
