My (very sexy) Flame Fancy male only seems interested in 1 of 3 females in a tank with no other species. The female has recently slimmed after being ginormous for ages, and I spied 4 teeny tiny babies around the same time. The other females are looking like they're going to explode, seems like they're ready to let the fry out, but can/will they release fry with the male being obsessed with the only non-preg female??? He is constantly on the arse of this poor lady, she's not interested at... Male Guppy Only Interested in ONE Female ..read more

So I've been keeping fish for the last 24 months or so, spending the first 12 learning through research, and trial and error. I've slowly transitioned from plastic plants and ornaments to natural hardscape and live plants which now is keeping my low tech tank algae free, but one issue I have had from day 1 is keeping guppies alive. I've bought about 20 guppies over the course of 2 years and almost every single one had died within about 3-4 months of getting them. I was eventually... Why do my guppies die suddenly ..read more

Well, I'm currently keeping myself also busy with creating another endler hybrid strain that is mainly green. At this moment I'm already at a stage that some endler traits are showing more with some black tones. This is my rough version of how it should look like. Will take me a couple of months more to refine it all. Hope the rough version is already to your liking... [ATTACH... Another project of mine ..read more

Hi everyone, I'm sorry I can't post a video, i still can't figure out how, but I have this stardust lyre tail molly who looks like he's panting. His mouth is always open and he's breathing really hard. He usually sits in the same spot in the tank and he's been doing this for quite a few days now. He seems fine when I feed them though, he always swims right up to the top with the other fish, but I want to make sure nothing's wrong. Thanks ..read more
