Picked up a Zenith Defy Skyline Skeleton this year. I absolutely love it. Wear it on bracelet 90% of the time. Wore it on rubber for a few days in a row and it fell off my wrist to the floor board of my truck. Thankfully I didn’t lose it elsewhere. At first I thought it was operator error…didn’t get it fully locked in. After inspection I noticed the prongs that attach to spring bar didn’t look the same as the bracelet. I’ve been living with my first zenith watch for a few weeks now (El Primero a3817 revival). I bought it for the dimensions (small for a chrono), the history, the design, and the El Primero 400 movement. As you can tell by all the pictures, I cant take my eyes off it and have been rotating between a few straps: dark brown, medium brown, blue, and the original bracelet. Hey y'all, I have a Chronomaster Original on a steel bracelet but wear it frequently on leather. It's my daily driver and I like to switch it up. I'm looking for an authentic tang buckle that would've been sold on the A386 (or alternatively a modern buckle made by Zenith) that I can put on a third-party strap and just give it a little extra vintage charm. There are lots of fakes and generics on eBay and Chrono, and lots of vintage Zenith buckles that don't specify the model. I'm curious if anyone knows what buckle would've been worn on an A386.
