Sharing My Choice Of 15lb Braid For My New Shimano 4K NASCI Reel! Can't believe when i spooled 300yd of this same 15lb braid on my NEW Handing 4K Spinning Reel last week that it only filled roughly 80% of the spool. The Largest Size Has no Power Knob! So didn't get it. Cheapest Only From TEMU! Includes OTCPP! All these brands are still under one roof. You can find them from Temu to Ebay & Amazon under different names but they're all the same product. They're relatively inexpensive but are functional. A friend who owns a fish chartering business for fluke, Rum Runners, asked me if there was a way of fitting the newly "IF" awarded Inspira Spinning Reel by Okuma with a Power Knob/Handle. This TEMU Order arrived in 11 Days! I ordered 3 DK/OTCPP/Haut Ton reels in 1K, 2K & 9K on my latest order. The 1K amazed me because for a 1000 size spinner it seemed larger than the norm & I emptied a whole box of 4lb braid into it & it could've taken more line still. The 2K reel is a great lighter fare using 8lb braid. Lastly the 6K will be a good plugging or inside surf casting reel. So now i have the whole set of 1-7K reels. Okuma Doesn't Currently Offer a Power Knob Alternative so I Modified my Own Using Gomexus Parts For a Daiwa! Currently Gomexus doesn't offer a Power Handle for Okuma's new Ceymar HD line as it was recently debuted in 2023. Also currently found options don't exist as the handle is threaded. So i decided to MacGyver a Power Handle by using a 38mm Gomexus handle meant for a Med/Lrg Daiwa spinning reel & adapt it to fit the original HD threaded handle.
