As the title says. Do anybody know exactly when Seiko did the change from the non-MEM's non-decorated 8L35A movement to the decorated 8L35B movement in the SBDX001 marinemaster? As far as I know, the SBDX012 limited edition which were made in 2012 has the B movement so I guess the change would have happend sometime before this..? I have a 2010 produced SBDX001 and I'd like to know which type of the 8L35 it has without opening it ..read more

I recently purchased a new SRP-777. I am using eBay seller: outletgoods 2.5mm shoulderless springbars with a 1.2mm tip end these almost extend completely into the case holes I used to get my “extended tip end” shoulderless springbars from ebay seller: “TwentyO” Hank from Australia who is no longer in business. Anyone know a vendor who might sell the extended tip end springbars as the extend full length into the holes. At the time of his selling on eBay ( 2015-2020) he... Where can I get my 7548-700L serviced?

I have a 7548 my father gave me 27 years ago (after I asked him for his Seiko chronograph). He was the original owner and bought it for himself after receiving a promotion in the early eighties. He hadn't worn it in a while because something had damaged the original strap. He had it serviced, a fresh new battery installed, and he put on a cheap Spiedel bracelet that rattled and caught my wrist hair. I quickly got over the initial disappointment of not getting the chronograph, and wore the... Where can I get my 7548-700L serviced ..read more

Apologies in advance if I break any rules or this topic has been answered already as I'm new to this site, but if possible would like some advice please. Have seen this Seiko up for sale but after some research can't find anything else that looks exactly like it, yes there's stuff similar but with subtle differences. Has anyone any ideas?......avoid or not? Thanks ..read more

Hi new here but hey ho.....I have what appears to be a Seiko Sawtooth Divers Watch, I initially thought it was a "Tangerine' Divers watch. I have owned the watch since 2006 purchased whilst visiting Malaysia. It has recently been into Seiko UK for an overhaul new battery etc... I have been led to believe that this model because of it's age could be deemed as a Vintage watch, whatever that might mean. Has anybody got any info on this style of watch please ..read more
