Seeing the first Rolex Bluesy in a shop window in 1983, I thought that it was the most beautiful watch design I had ever seen. Four decades on, I still think so and have been fortunate to have had several pass through my ownership.
A thing of beauty is indeed a joy forever.

Buy what you like; like what you buy.
I'd wear it.
My next purchase, depending on circumstances, is an all-gold watch TBD.

Top grade 2892 movement and Titanium grade II case & metal strap … wears easy and light …. While I do enjoy the overall tool look of the watch with the chunky titanium strap … it is transformed for dare I say casual wear on a leather strap. My preference is the brown strap combination.
Pretty nice movement for a micro. Good looking watch, too.
^^^That.

If you get 25km depth rating watch worked on, seems like one would have to send it back to them for sealing it back up and pressure testing.

Concept refined
Stockton LE, depth rating is to the depth of the Titanic wreckage.
On the back, engraving of Stockton headshot with dates of birth and death underneath.
On a circle around this, engrave
“The Stupid Shall Be Punished”
Would be interesting to see where this would go as a kickstarter. Internet scolding should be relatively minimal because pretty much everyone recognizes him as a reckless fool.
^^This ought to be a big seller once all the concept bitching settles down
Although, a watch with such capacity for depth kinda jacks things up for the archeologists chasing the de ..read more

I purchased this H2O Kalmar II Oceanic Time Special Edition 6000M watch back Spring 2017 direct from H2o, Germany . .. .. cannot remember how much I paid exactly, but I think it was around £780 overall which exchanged at around US$1012 at the that time and I thought it was a fair even bargain price for the watch.
The watch’s dimensions: The case has a diameter of 42.5mm, the bezel a diameter of 44mm while the overall-length is 53.4mm and the total thickness of the watch (including the crystal) is just 16.5mm.
Putting that into perspective – that is .5mm thinner than an Omega Planet Ocean XL w ..read more

Definitely reasonable value if one needs 25km water resistance and near 3cm height is not off-putting.
