Hello Everybody, Anybody out there surf casting with a Penn 710Z? I've got two of them loaded with 15# mono on two Lami 9' glass rods. I noticed that the line doesn't lay on the spool evenly when I hold the rod at a 15-45 degree angle. It will lay on evenly when I hold the rod straight-up. Good day all, I have sent a question to Penn Fishing from their site. It is a very simple question about the availability of spare spools for my Spinnfisher Long Cast reels. Two emails, not one response in over a month. I'm considering not buying the 4 new Penn Reels that I will need in two weeks for four new rods I'm getting. I love my Penn Reels, but bad customer service will push me to another vendor. Anyone else having customer service issues with Penn Fishing. Thanx Matt ..read more

Unfortunately, VerticalScope,Inc. has suffered some software issues with photos not showing on all of its 1500 forums.
