Hi, I have a 20 ft aluminum boat. I was looking at autopilot this weekend. I have the raymarine axiom screen so I'm thinking raymarine autopilot. Has anyone tried it on an aluminum boat? I'm a bit worried its not going to be able to keep the constant movement of the aluminum. Also looking at a new transducer. Thinking the p66. Any reason not to ..read more

Get in close to a wall or close to kelp, drop a riptide down 30 to 50 pulls and jig away. Very popular when at Separation Point, and Sansum Narrows. Wall to wall boats in a fog of idling two stroke blue smoke ..read more

Chinook is closed now in those areas already with only area 19 (Victoria waterfront) open for 1 clipped till 31 May. I hope I'm reading this wrong or there will be a lot of disappointed people this summer. "Commercial and recreational salmon fishing is prohibited in a portion of 29-3 at the Mouth of the Fraser River from August 1 to... Read more ..read more
