So the other day I was casting some surf cast sinkers in my shop when I realized I have a problem.
There are way too many fishing lures both finished and unfinished blanks in my workshop. So I had this crazy idea.
What about doing some sort of giveaway to a lucky forum member(s)?

Hi All - Sorry if this has already been covered, new to the site.
Any suggestions for fishing winter kings in K-bay?
I have an 18' open Klamath, no downriggers.
Are there alternatives that work well besides downriggers? I'm only fishing occasionally, the expense of a full downrigger kit scares me off at this point.
Thanks for any thougts ..read more

I was thinking of taking the zodiac out there on a nice day and getting into some halibut and aim for some bass while I'm there.
I don't suspect that there's much habitat but I could be wrong.
Thanks in advance ..read more

So instead I worked on some surfcast sinkers for this summers beach fishing adventures.
Started out casting some Frog tongue sinkers.
Mostly 7oz but also a few 4oz, 5oz, 6oz, and a couple of 8oz.
I think the 7oz is about perfect and rarely do I need the 8oz.
It seems with these sinkers I can usually go at least one if not two sizes smaller than the equivalent pyramid sinker...
