I use Memorex type CD/DVD blank label paper. The Roxio label making feature has the label set up to print on the right side of the sheet. I bought Roxio CD&DVD burning 2 for the purpose of making a backup copy before I give my Chiropractor a set of x-ray images prepared for me by the medical imaging center. The very slick looking disk says "Powered By: vertex™, Patent www.soma.com/patents" I cannot look at the files on the disk using my Dell Inspiron Windows 10 desktop, and Roxio fails to "find" a drive source when I attempt to make a copy. I was a big fan of the original easy cd &dvd burning software. I loved the interface used to create the cd's from my cd collection. had it on a core 2duo box with dual cd writers with win7 upgraded to win10 and it worked, but the original software was from when I built it in 2012 if I remember correctly. I was a simple user,, just ripping my bought cd's to my HDD to make cd's for the boat and cars and occasionally a driver disc or similar anyway, the core2duo box had a small ssd as a boot drive and it failed. I create CDs with a selection of tracks that I own on other CDs. For example, I might create my own 'Best of'. Sometimes, there is a burst of noise after a track has ended. It lasts for less than a second but it is just enough to recognise that it comes from the track just played. I have had the problem for a long time (years) but have been able to get around it by reloading all of the tracks into Music Disc Creator and burning the CD again. I used this product on a laptop from 9/29/19 until 2/23/23 (windows 10), when my laptop died. I purchased a new laptop loaded with windows 11 operating system. Can I install easy cd & burning 2 on my new laptop?
