Hi, My iPods have recently stopped syncing with iTunes and kept crashing. I have iTunes 12.9.6.3 and my laptop which I only use for storing iTunes is Windows 8.1 64 bit. Looking online I’ve seen various older articles about the clash between these and in principle reverting back to an earlier version of iTunes (poss 9) which may get things back to how they were. Hi, this happens every time I add a new audiobook on my iPod. Hours ago I deleted about 15 audiobooks from my iPod. Later I wanted to add a new audiobook; before transferring the new book, the system goes through a 'backup' which I cannot stop, and all of the deleted books are back on my iPod! Help! Hey all, I recently found my old 4th ten iPod touch from childhood and on it there's an app that requires a password to enter. Being that it's from a while ago I forget the password, and I never wrote it down. Just recently I bought a new iMac desktop, and moved my iTunes library over from my old iMac, but when trying to sync new songs to my iPod I get the message stating that this computer is no longer authorised to play items purchased from iTunes store. I have pared down my podcast list to 14, all are set to only keep newest 5 or 3 episodes - after I was told cannot sync because of space, I also deleted the few bits of music on iPod. I have an apple mac pro fully updated to the latest big sur. Nothing has worked well following the division of podcasts from music. I recently "upgraded" to Catalina. The method of syncing iPods has changed as it is now done in Finder. The problem is that when I click on the Podcasts tab in the Finder window, many of the podcasts I have downloaded don't show up.
