3-ish Ingredient Mediterranean Chicken Bites
Crispy, juicy, lemony little morsels that go with just about anything you wanna meal prep.
Nutrition facts per 4 oz. serving of meat (makes 8 servings):
Calories — 202
Protein — 24g
Fat — 9g
Carbs — 3g
Here’s what you’ll need:
2lbs chicken breast, cut into chunks
2 tbsp arrowroot powder
2 tbsp garlic and herb seasoning
2 tbsp lemon pepper
4-8 tbsp cooking fat of your choosing, divided
