We held a state-wide faculty forum on Monday, February 26, 2024, on new Work Experience Education (WEE) requirements and the integration of WEE into real estate programs. The California Department of Real Estate will assign an approved course provider number for California Community College credit real estate courses. This will allow colleges to be included in the DRE website course provider search. In order to complete this process: 1. A real estate faculty member or responsible administrator or dean can submit the sponsor ID approval request letter to the Department of Real Estate on official college letterhead.
