The Australian band Voyager won the second semi final of Eurovision 2023. With their song “Promise”, they scored 149 points from the 16th starting position to sail through to the final. Austria finished second, Blanka from Poland came in third.
The 10 qualifiers in this semi final were way ahead of the rest of the pack. Estonia finished in 10th place with the song “Bridges” by Alika. She received 74 points, while Iceland (11th place) only got 44 points. Estonia then went on to finish in 8th place over all in the Eurovision Grand Final.

Loreen has scored a historical victory in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023. With her song “Tattoo”, she not only won the Eurovision trophy for the second time, she also gave her country Sweden it’s 7th victory ever. Sweden is now tied with Ireland for most Eurovision victories in all of history.
Finland came second with Käärijä and his song “Cha Cha Cha”, which won the televoting by a landslide. Professional juries, however, had put Sweden way in front. ESCDaily had predicted Loreen’s jury vote win on Friday night in our Jury Rehearsal report.

PeterNL has won the ESCDaily Eurovision prediction contest 2023 with an amazing Grand Final prediction. Peter managed to get the entire top 5 correct. He previously gathered quite some points in both semi finals. Newcomer Cisca finished second and Robbert-Rotterdam, who predicted all 20 finalists correct, came in third.
From the editorial team, Steef van Gorkum finished in 12th place. He was behind some of his colleagues after both semies, but surpassed them in the Grand Final. Erik Bolks came 15th, Robin 16th and Dennis 19th.
