Cafall trail at CwmCarn is their newest trail heading out to some of the remote areas of the forest. This is what I thought of the trail when I had the chance to check it out this Autumn. It has been a good few years since I have had the chance (small people do seem to take up a lot of time!) to go across to Cwmcarn. I entered a random competition that popped on my Facebook feed a few weeks ago to go to a free coaching day by Specialized Bikes with Katy Curd and Helen Gaskell. I was lucky enough to be picked! We traveled up to the west coast of Scotland and stayed just outside of Fort William for the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup. After enjoying a couple of days exploring the Fort William area it was Sunday – race day! We parked in Fort William had caught the shuttle bus service to the venue at the Nevis Range.
