On April 6, 2024, the Ohio Theta Emerging Chapter at the University of Cincinnati was officially reinstalled. Originally founded in 1898, Ohio Theta is excited to be back on campus. Efforts to return began back in November 2022. The Fraternity presents the award annually to a Major League Baseball player who best exemplifies the giving character of Hall of Famer Lou Gehrig.
