There is several things that you could look at as far as either repairing, replacing. What we try to offer, our best solutions, like I would mention is I don’t just do estimates, I educate. It’s really solely in the eye of the client. If they feel it’s time to replace the floor or what, we would give them a opportunity to repair if needed. When you have damaged tiles, a rule of thumb, when I go to a client’s home. If the grout is missing, cracked or voids, what I usually do is do a knock test that usually tells you the tiles are shifting from the subfloor.
