My 4 year old son has just grasped my hand tight as we walked our Jack Russell. “Daddy, why are you so sad? It’s ok. One year ago, at 22:00 on a quiet Sunday night, I excitedly filled in a load of forms as a precursor to finding out if I was autistic.
