Wow! What a blast! I am still in shock that we have just completed our first term at 360 Rugby.
Being a school teacher, the summer term seems to feel extra long. However this year with 360 coaching sessions happening every Saturday, it has flown by.
We kicked things off with our Mini's group which has been bags of fun and has had growing numbers every week! The little guys have been exploring our multicoloured foam balls all varying in different shapes and sizes; trying to figure out the best way to carry, balance, throw and catch them. Here at 360 Rugby, we are often asked “how can I improve my tackling and defending?”
This is always a popular question particularly amongst young players who are looking to develop their game or have noticed that tackling isn't a strong point (like myself).

So, what happens during your hour with us?
Our sessions will look a little something like this:
10 minute warm up - including stretching and non rugby specific activity (football/frisbee etc)
15 minute – conditioned game player vs player
15 minute – skill acquisition – intense skill technique workshop
15 minute – condition game focused on implementing the skill learnt
Each session has targeted strength and conditioning elements woven into each section.
