New month, New Supper Club menu.
Two months ago, we took on the challenge of experimenting with new menus in the Dalston kitchen, with the aim of creating a space for people to come together over their shared love of food. Supper Club has been more successful than we could have ever imagined, and we’ve loved sharing our creations with you while taking you on a flavour journey around the world.
We’re excited and ready to go into November with a new menu.

Along with Agua de Madre, we have created a delicious new Wasted Coffee Water Kefir that is caffeinated, naturally sparkling, low sugar, and packed with billions of live cultures.
Staying true to The Madre’s sustainable ethos, the wasted coffee kefir is created using a syrup made from Mildreds used coffee grounds and spices: vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom. The water kefir is lovingly fermented and bottled in Hackney at the Casa de Madre.

Our four course Atrangi sharing menu is inspired by the flavours of South East Asia.
