Use an electric toothbrush (2x a day, ideally) – the bristles are softer on the teeth and gums and they remove more plaque than a mechanical toothbrush. 2.) One of the really fascinating things it can do is find cavities. Typically, at a cleaning, we take x-rays once a year and those x-rays look for cavities. Boost in-office whitening The first, and probably the most commonly called about option, is our in-office whitening. We use a system called Boost. With Boost, you’re here for about 2 hours from start to finish.
