The Lebanon Police Department is actively investigating an allegation of physical abuse that occurred at the Owl’s Nest Day Care on West Gay Street in Lebanon. This incident was reported to our department last week and is alleged to have occurred in February 2023. The suspect in this case is no longer employed by this daycare. UPDATE: Kevin Davis has been safely located! The Lebanon Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Kevin Davis. On 8/29/23, officers responded to Cedarcroft Home about a missing person, Kevin Davis (6/13/1971). Davis was last seen at approximately 8:30 p.m. on 8/28/23. Kevin is approximately 5’10″, 240 lbs, and has gray/white hair and green eyes. Kevin is possibly wearing black pants and a T-shirt. Kevin has not taken his medication. Two Found Dead at Truck Stop in Lebanon

On August 24, Lebanon Police responded to perform a welfare check on two individuals staying at the Pilot truck stop. Upon arrival, officers located the two individuals deceased inside the cab of a truck. The preliminary investigation shows no signs of foul play, but the investigation is still ongoing. Driver Crashes While Attempting to Flee From Lebanon Police

Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that followed an attempted traffic stop on Sunday evening. Lebanon Police says an officer was traveling northbound on Highway 109 when a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction was clocked at 113 MPH. The officer safely made a U-turn to try and initiate a traffic stop. The suspect then collided with a vehicle turning into the Spence Creek neighborhood, causing the suspect’s vehicle to travel from the roadway through multiple back yards.
