A new waterfront hotel in the small town of Basalt, Colorado, about 20 miles northwest of Aspen, opened in March to welcome outdoor enthusiasts, visitors, and conferencegoers. The Hoffman Hotel Basalt Aspen, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is a 122-room hotel managed by Five Senses Hospitality Management.
