Artistic Swimming Western Australia is delighted to confirm that Hancock Prospecting is providing funding directly to Senior National Team athletes for the 2022 FINA World Championships and beyond.
Financial support will also be provided to Artistic Swimming Australia’s national team program, benefitting athletes across all age groups.
The sponsorship comes with the exciting announcement that the Senior National Team will be setting up camp in Western Australia, with Perth set to become the new centralised training location for those aiming for Paris 2024.

Artistic Swimming WA has been successful in receiving $30,000 of funding from Healthway for 2022. The funding will provide support to deliver programs to more centres throughout Western Australia with the goal in making West Aussies more active, more often.

Perth – September 2021 – SynchroWA welcomes two new members to the Synchro WA Board. Recently retired elite swimmer and Olympian Hannah Cross and a seasoned volunteer of the sport, Lisa Galt.
Hannah Cross was appointed as an independent director, a position that was vacant on the Synchro WA Board. Hannah will offer a fresh new perspective which will be of immense value to the Board as we continue to work towards our vision; To make Artistic Swimming the sport of choice in WA.

One of SynchroWA’s strategic plan pillars is to make artistic swimming affordable for WA families. In line with this vision, the SynchroWA Board has provided a rebate for all team entry fees at all its competitions for the 2020/2021 season.
