Hey ya'll, I'm working on modifying a 3rd gen bronco. I'm trying to add full working suspension using shocks from a 1/24 scale Shelby Cobra. I'm having trouble building a frame and finding shock placement where it looks good and still has a decent amount of suspension travel. I cannot modify the base since it is an old casting that came with a metal base. If you guys have any tips or recommendations for me, lmk. I will post pictures soon, I've got to borrow a phone from someone (i'm on a... Bronco Build ..read more

I think this Jurassic Park set is 1:18. The Ford is a bit too plasticy, but overall I quite like this diorama. Jurassic World The Gates Crowdfund This Malcom one is also quite nice, and 1:18 I assume. OK, so here's my question for anyone who may have a Standard and Elite version of the 355 and or 360 / 360CS. I used to love Ferrari's when I was younger, but to be honest after joining the Ferrari club and getting to know a lot of people in the scene I must admit they actually soured me to the brand so in Turn my desire to get a real one, and my collection of 1:18 Ferrari's has dwindled with many being sold off etc. However I need to keep 1 bertby full of Ferrari's and seal it up for... Hello. I am a bit of a newbie when it comes to HWE. And would like to know. Why are models like the Red 458 Speciale for example. Going for big dollars now? Compared to when they were new. Considering all the QC issues they had. Would figure they would be worth less money. No offense to HWE collectors here of course. Thanks and take care ..read more

250 California with a facelift

I took some quick pics of my 250 California today after I knocked the headlight lens off cleaning it. This one I had modded a bit back but kind of forgot to mention how much better it can look. I removed the front bumper(with a soldering gun to break the 'weld') from inside the body, removed the lame photo-etch grille insert and cleaned the part, painted the grille gunmetal, and put a photo etch sticker prancing horse back in the grille. The driving lights are push-fit in place. I would... 250 California with a facelift ..read more
