Howdy, I've finally taken the leap and installed coilovers on my car (2018 civic sport hatch). An issue I'm having is knowing where the ride height should be set at and knowing if the divorced shock absorbers in the rear are adjusted properly. It looks like the back right of my car is too low and when I go over bumps I'm fairly confident that my right rear spring is not extended enough, and as such is seperating on bumps. I see a lot of people spraying their intercoolers on turbocharged cars on warm autocross days. Any danger to cracking a hot component if you do this? Worried about radiator pipes. Hi everyone, ​ I'm in the market for an EV and love the sport of autocross (tho still relatively new so have some stuff to learn). Main car I am looking at is Ioniq 6 awd. When I get the car I am planning on putting some 18" aero wheels with EV tires on to hope to optimize for daily driving efficiency. Since I also want to track the car as well however, I'd like to get an extra set of wheels and, since they're extra, race tires that I can swap on for track days (drive to event with efficient wheels, swap for race wheels kinda thing. I've been autocrossing for about 3 yrs now and will be getting more closely involved with my local club on planning events. Trying to get people into this is like pulling teeth even if they're nearby because of 2 simple reasons: not enough runs and the inability to leave halfway through the day. In researching helmets I saw that the 22.05 rating was accepted a number of year back, but it appears neither it or the new 22.06 are on the list. Anyone happen to know why? I’m looking for a dot and snell rated helmet that can do double duty for autox and motorcycle. Here in Ohio I need a dot rated helmet to take the class. Additionally is a DOT/snell m2020 the same as M2020D? Its seems to be from what I can find but it isn’t 100% clear. I would like to purchase something better than this- Scorpion EXO R420.
